One thing we know for sure after years of catering weddings is that everyone has a different venue, vision, idea and expectation.

With that in mind, we offer wedding catering in 2 ways! On site with staff or simply delivered and set up. 

The Dinner Menus and Equipment included are relatively the same for each way, the Delivered Dinner is just less expensive as there is no labour charges for staying on site.

Salt & Pepper Shakers

Service staff will be available to set  guest tables for dinner, clear guest tables after dinner, maintain appetizer stations and  fill water glasses.
We are also able to look after all additional details you might require (dessert set up, allergies, elderly guests, etc)
Salt & Pepper is not able to help, handle or serve alcohol, we just do food.

DELIVERED
WEDDING DINNER BUFFET

We fully prepare and deliver your dinner buffet at a specific time

Price Includes: (as needed)
Glass Dinner Plates & Cutlery  
Glass Dessert Plates & Forks (if required)
Chafing Dishes with Sternos
Serving Utensils (tongs & spoons)

We will deliver the equipment the day before so you can set your tables and we will pre-set the dinner buffet.
Then the food comes the next day! We will then return the day after that to pick everything up.  
No staff stay on site with this package.
