Packages are available for pick up or delivery

Beef is not available to be picked up hot, cold only.

Beef can be delivered hot or cold (for you to heat)

If you would like it cold, we can supply chafing dishes - just need to be returned to us.

2 day notice on cancellations required. Otherwise subject to full billing.

Please inform us of any allergies.

Condiments provided are mustard, mayo and horseradish.

Coffee is served with disposable cups, sugar, twin, stir sticks, cream & milk

$5.00 charge applies to each special request that is prepared separately.

Pick up dirty plates, cutlery, equipment, etc. will be organized in advance with our catering coordinator.
